Located close to a crowded area. Has no parking. Rooms are small. Bed is soft and can hurt back. Water to be fetched from a common filter. A₹1 soap & ₹2 shampoo are toiletries. Food is expensive. Basic ved meals cost ₹300. Five star rates. Better option available at lesser cost. Service! What service? Seems high rating was by loyal Nepalese.

My family and I stayed here for three nights , throughout this stay we had an amazing time ! The place is perfect for shopping , it only takes you five minutes of walking to get to the shopping street which was extremely convenient for us .And more than anything the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful And not to forget the food , they have really delicious momos you’ve got to try it !

I just completed my visit and stay at Utse for the second time. The whole experience was re-energizing and heart warming. The staff are always willing to help and ever so courteous. Any problem encountered is attended to with a simple call to the front desk. The ambience is simple yet quaint and charming. The fast disappearing traits of simplicity, innocence and genuine care of visitors is so endearing. Utse is like an Oasis buried deep in the heart of the bustling city that Bangalore has become. Once inside, you can forget the chaos of Commercial Street and experience remarkable peace and quiet. That is, till you are once again recharged and ready to step out into the sun, the traffic and the busy pace of Commercial Street and all it side streets. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Bangalore and is looking for truly lovely people, comfort and shopping convenience.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service with reasonable prices in where we had dinner. Rooms and Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

One of the best stay I ever stayed in Bangalore. Right next to the commercial street and a few blocks away from Chickpet. Prime location if you want to have a localite life.

Rooms are clean and feel like home. Rooms are enough in size. Very close to the market, shopping, hospitals. Restaurants provides room delivery and dine in which is also good.
